My work focuses on what sits underneath speaking anxiety. The part of you that starts watching yourself when attention is on you. The split that disrupts your clarity. And how to bring that back into connection so you can speak with steadiness, presence, and ease. Over the years, I’ve guided hundreds of professionals through this process. Not by teaching performance, but by restoring connection to self.
